These terms govern access to Shoal Intelligence, SAEM, the dashboard, API, MCP endpoint, and related research surfaces. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with your account permissions.
Use of the service
You may use the service for research, market intelligence, internal analysis, and agent/API workflows permitted by your plan. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
Data and research
SAEM is an evidence-backed research graph. It may include third-party sources, analyst notes, and derived relationships. It is not legal, financial, investment, or compliance advice.
Restrictions
Do not abuse the API, attempt to bypass access controls, resell gated data without permission, or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
