Shoal Intelligence is operated by Shoal Research. We collect account information, authentication data, billing status, API-key metadata, product usage, and request logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
What we collect
We may collect your email address, login provider identifiers, organization details, payment-provider status, API usage, query logs, device/browser metadata, and support messages you send us.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, provide access to the dashboard and API, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit trails, and improve the SAEM graph and product experience.
Sharing
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, email, and database infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
